[OSGeo-Edu] Proposal: Multi-language OSGeo dictionary

Venka, you recently mentioned to me that a Japanese (and Chinese?)  
effort that covered a similar need already existed.  Is it something  
we can re-use and add on to?  Can you provide a pointer?
