Thank you for testing it Maria.  I set this up so that anyone can  
submit the form, but since they are anonymous users they cannot edit  
their submission.  Registered users can edit their own submissions  
and I have now enabled it so that any registered user can edit any  
other content entry.  I believe there is low risk that a registered  
user would mess up someone else's submission, but if it becomes a  
problem we can set up a moderator group from this committee to handle  
the anonymous entries.

Many of you already have an OSGeo User ID,[1] these user IDs are also  
used by the www.osgeo.org site software.   So, Maria, you should now  
be able to log in [2] and edit your page [3] - if you cannot, please  
let me know and we'll have to try something else.
