[El] RFC for new packages

I would like to package some of the following:

mod-geocache: an apache module written in C for fast tile caching (http://code.google.com/p/mod-geocache)

TileCache: a tile cache written in Python. Very functional and modern classic (http://www.tilecache.org)

TinyOWS: a WFS-T server written in C, can be used in combination with MapServer to have a fast WxS setup, (http://www.tinyows.org)

Any comments?
