[ELGIS] MapServer 5 and 6 security update in ELGIS Testing

Hello,

the mapserver (v5.6.7) and mapserver6 (v6.0.1) packages have been
updated in ELGIS Testing.

They contained important security fixes described in this upstream post:
http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/mapserver-users/2011-July/069430.html

Thanks to the MapServer development team for their efforts over the
last few weeks in coordinating with packagers like us, in order to
ensure a synchronized release for the end users.
