You may try to compile it from this SRPM:

I'm using Scientific Linux on our cluster and often I'm successfull to
recompile a Fedora SRPM on it.

Usually I use "mock" for that:

# check for architecture name:
ls /etc/mock/

# example EPEL
mock -r epel-7-x86_64 --rebuild packagename.src.rpm

# Install (example)
yum install  /var/lib/mock/epel-7-x86_64/result/packagename....rpm
