[ELGIS] Legacy ELGIS repositories are down

Hello,

as some of you have noticed, we are having issues (with our infrastructure
provider) in a non-critical part of our systems which is hosting the legacy
ELGIS5 and ELGIS6 repositories. The repositories are therefore currently
not available.

They should be back after the weekend. I will also put in place an rsync
server, so that those of you who are still using them can easily make their
own mirrors/backups.
