or indirectly
- the --with-fribidi-config flag is not used in the spec file

Yes, I see that now. :-(<br>
The fribidi package is available for CentOS 5.6. When I set up
mapserver, I compiled this in (and I don't recall any difficulties) in
order to display right to left text. So perhaps it could be added as a
build requirement in the spec and the config flag added?<br>
