Reassuming:<br>
<br>
pg_connect works, if php-mapserver is not enabled.<br>
it fails (maybe in some way related to SSL) if php-mapserevr is
enabled.<br>
It happens both, with mapserver packages from ELGIS and with rebuild
rpm packages.<br>
<br>
Does anyody have some idea how to proceed?<br>
