the spec file in

charset=ISO-8859-1">
<a href="https://github.com/mapserver/packaging">https://github.com/mapserver/packaging</a>
should be rather up to date. If you are comportable in building rpm
packages, this could be a good starting point. I wuill update it, as
soon as I'm able, to free some time for this.<br>
