Thank you for your prompt answer.
I think you are right.

The good thing is that we had in Bonn most of the people in the bof and
that next steps can be taken now.

For my keynote in Bonn, I did some research in the stats of the mailing
lists. On the discuss list we 'only' have 1332 users subscribed, from a
total of >28.000 Unique subscribers on the >200 lists.
But I guess most local chapter responsible s are on that list.
