Rdbi signatures changed

Hi,

I've noticed signatures of some RDBI functions have changed.
In rdbi_init.c for MySQL, char* parameters for run_sql, connect and sql
changed to const char*.
Are you going to change also MySQL signatures of these functions?
As I see, mysql_sql, mysql_run_sql and mysql_connect still use non-const
params.
