[fdo-dev] Build error in ODBC provider on Windows?

I fixed the projects (ODBC & MySql unit tests) , you should try now after an update.

	I'm getting the following when building the UnitTestOdbc target:
	
	LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'rsi.lib'
	
	Have I missed a step?  Am I missing a third party library or something?
