Traian,

I have updated the examples to have SRID = 50000 for all three tables.  It
was my intention that it be like this in the first place.

However, I imagine it will be fairly common for data to lack a coordinate
system so hopefully that can be dealt with fairly gracefully in MapGuide.

It was my intention that the SRID be NULL in this case. I'll look into
whether I'm failing to set that up properly.
