[fdo-internals] PostGIS ticket 106 question

Yes, these would be defects. The unit tests for the Sdf, Autodesk Oracle, MySQL, and Autodesk SqlServer providers exercise this case but maybe there is some situation where the delete of a class with data is still succeeding.

So this meens that all these providers have a defect?
  Sdf
  Shp
  Autodesk Oracle
  King Oracle
  MySQL
  Autodesk SqlServer
Because they allow dropping table with data in it.
