[fdo-internals] FDO 3.7 Builds and VIsual Studio 2010

Hi All,

I would like to get your feedback on the next release of FDO. 3.7.0. I have been thinking that we will need to build an official 3.7.0 release with the Microsoft 2010 runtime. If we do so, is there a need to continue formally releasing a version of FDO 3.7.0 that builds against the 2009 runtime?
