[fdo-internals] KingOracle UnitTest Build Failure

Hi All,

I am seeing the following KingOracle build failure when compiling the unit tests. There looks like a source file is missing.

1>------ Build started: Project: UnitTest, Configuration: Debug x64 ------
1>Compiling...
1>ut_ApplySchema.cpp
1>c1xx : fatal error C1083: Cannot open source file: '.\ut_ApplySchema.cpp': No such file or directory
