Is it even possible to override .net FDO classes?

Because that's the only way I could see us taking advantage of such APIs in
the .net side. If we can't plug in a custom fully managed implementation of
FdoCoordinateSystemTransform into this API, then there isn't much value in
exposing this API to the .net side.
