[fdo-internals] FDO 3.9 RCs and .NET API

I think the missing boost DLLs in the original RC1 posting was my actual problem.
All working with the RC2 now - thanks

Is this strictly about the .net wrappers? Are the unmanaged dlls versioned as 3.9?

IMO, as long as the unmanaged provider dlls can still be interchanged between the Autodesk and OS builds of FDO 3.9, I don't think it would matter whether the .net wrapper is versioned 3.8.x or 3.9.

Nothing I know of actually cares to know the major.minor version of the FDO API itself.
