Comment:

 I have applied this patch in:

 fdocore/branches/3.2.x/Thirdparty/GDAL1.3/src/frmts/gtiff/libgeotiff/makefile.vc

 Note, this change causes the libgeotiff API to be exported from the DLL
 which is necessary to build some GDAL raster drivers as plugins.

 I have removed the 3.2.2 milestone since to the best of my knowledge that
 is past.  If there is a 3.2.3 this would appear in it, otherwise folks
 will have to draw from the 3.2.x branch.
