 I was hoping you would know!

 If MapGuide OS 1.2.x is going to be the released version for a while, and
 uses fdo 3.2, then I think it makes sense to expect an FDO 3.2.3 release
 even if it is just for a few bug fixes.  Unless there is such a think as
 3.2.2.1 for bug fixes.

 I'd suggest the 3.2.3 release discussion take place on fdo-internals.
