 Is it possible for you to set the debugger to break on exceptions, and get
 a callstack at the location where it crashes. The line in
 ServerRenderingService is where it catches the original error and rethrows
 it, so it is not useful. Meanwhile, I'll take a look at the code that
 deals with the kinds of filters Mapguide uses for selection.
