 SDF featuresource gives an error when viewing in MapGuide Studio 2009 or
 MapStudio OpenSource. The error message in Studio 2009 is
 {{{
 Resource ID does not refer to a valid feature source
 }}}
 and the error message in MapStudio OS is
 {{{
 Could not open feature source:
 Library://server/Data/feature.FeatureSource,
 because: The 'meta' start tag on line '5' does not match the end tag of
 'head'. Line 6, position 3.
 }}}
 The data file is perfectly usable for the FDO versions included with MGOS
 1.2, and I was able to easily create a new layer using the file as a
 feature source; however, it failed within the newest FDO provider(s).

 I am using a Windows XP SP2 machine, with MapGuide OS 2.0 RC3, FDO 3.3,
 with default Apache, Tomcat, Php environment.

 Attached is a sample .sdf file that failed for MGOS 2.0.X.

 I created a data source for this file, and then tried to use it as a
 feature source for a new layer, with no luck.
