Comment (by jmanafi):

SDF featuresource gives an error when viewing in MapGuide? Studio 2009 or
MapStudio? OpenSource?. The error message in Studio 2009 is

Resource ID does not refer to a valid feature source

and the error message in MapStudio? OS is

 Could not open feature source:
 Library://server/Data/feature.FeatureSource,
because: The 'meta' start tag on line '5' does not match the end tag of
 'head'. Line 6, position 3.

The data file is perfectly usable for the FDO versions included with MGOS
1.2, and I was able to easily create a new layer using the file as a
feature source; however, it failed within the newest FDO provider(s).

I am using a Windows XP SP2 machine, with MapGuide? OS 2.0 RC3, FDO 3.3,
 with default Apache, Php environment.

Attached is a sample .sdf file that failed for MGOS 2.0.X.

I created a data source for this file, and then tried to use it as a
feature source for a new layer, with no luck.
