 Building
 Providers\!GenericRdbms\Src\SQLServerSpatial\SQLServerSpatial.vcproj for
 Release|Win32 generates error C3859: virtual memory range for PCH
 exceeded.

 The problem does not exist for the Debug|Win32 configuration.
