 When loading a data source that does not have an associated coordinate
 system, the GDAL provider does not assign the extents of the image to the
 spatial context, even though they are known.  This makes creating MapGuide
 maps for images that don't have coordinate systems assigned very painful.

 It would be great if this could be addressed in a 3.4 maintenance release
 if there is one.
