 Step (I) in implementation of Standard functions

  - Exposed supported functions. The exposed functions still need to be
 changed
 and add processing for any extra parameters
  - Added remainder function
  - Fixed an internal issue which did not allowed functions to be used in
 calculations
  - build with Soundex function enable at SQLite level
