 Message:
 Ticket#432: Modified the SQLServerSpatial and MySQL providers to not
 insert into f_dbopen when opening a connection on a datastore with
 metaschema. For the SQLServerSpatial provider, this allows users to open
 datastores for which they have readonly access.
