 The Providers/GenericRdbms/com/ExtendedCoordSys.txt file is used by the
 SQLServerSpatial provider to map coordinate system names to SRID's. The
 SRID is the EPSG code for EPSG coordinate systems.

 The list in this file needs to be updated to be consistent with MapGuide
 CsMap.
