New description:

 There is a requirement that a client of FDO derive a new schema
 association object from !FdoAssociationPropertyDefintion.Such an object
 would be used in memory, but never filed to XML.

 In order to make this inheritence work, all the public/protected member
 functions for !FdoAssociationPropertyDefintion and its parents will need
 to be exported from FDO.lib.
