 There is a postbuild error "Copying thirdparty dlls" in the PostgreSQL
 provider project that always fails on the first clean build from the
 command-line.

 It doesn't happen again if you re-run the command line build thereafter.
 It's a bit annoying to not be able to have a fully clean first build.
