 Related to MapGuide ticket http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/ticket/2258

 MapGuide WFS uses FdoXmlFeatureSerializer to serialize WFS xml, however
 FDO does not have capability to do coordinate system transformation. This
 ticket is to add a callback so that MapGuide has a chance to do coordinate
 system transformation when serialize WFS xml.
