[fdo-users] FdoMessage.h missing from svn?

Have you solved this? I recommend a full clean-rebuild to try and solve
it. Make sure you have taken all the files from the FDO SVN.

The "missing" file is indeed built on build_thirdparty.

I think I have followed the README document, but am getting the 
following error on the MgCommon subproject here:
