Seems to be running. I have a problem with the username passwords. I might have mistakenly changed or deleted the Administrator and/or password. I will post that question to the MapGuide folk. I did also have errors at the end in the make_mapguide.log at the end.
Something like:
**Start of Errors************Line 2295
/home/administrator/mgsvn/Web/src/HttpHandler/.libs/libMgHttpHandlerso: not found (try using -rpath or rpath-link
/home/administrator/mgsvn/Web/src/HttpHandler/.libs/libMgHttpHandlerso: 'Json::Value(bool)'
****More of the same****
/home/administrator/mgsvn/Web/src/HttpHandler/.libs/libMgHttpHandlerso: undefined reference to 'vtable for Json::FastWriter'

Hi Ed,

I ran the build and got the same errors, but the build log suggested that everything else had gone through OK. Since I don't need that driver I just ignored the errors, carried on, and everything else went fine after that.

Thanks... I believe you are correct. There is another reference (Linux
build document for FDO) to downloading and installing an Easysoft ODBC
Oracle driver building FDO. I will explore the build script.

Hi Ed,

The SL-King provider was added to the build after I wrote the
instructions, so I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work properly on
Linux, especially if you need to add the client + development libraries
before compiling.

If you don't need Oracle, you can choose which providers to build as an
argument to the build shell script (I think).
