Is it possible that when you converted the data, it was placed into a char field and brought along trailing or leading blanks?

No, unfortunately, the LIKE operator without '%' (<Filter>STATUS LIKE
'rechtskräftig'</Filter> ) doesn't work either...

In my opinion this seems to be a bug.
