[fdo-users] Developing a new Provider using(C++ or C#)

I don't think that C# is supported for providers, and I don't think that
there is any getting started documentation yet.

Your best bet is probably to look at an existing DBMS provider
(King.Oracle or PostGIS may be easiest to understand) and come back if
you have questions.
