Could you please tell me if you have installed ActiveState Perl, available from http://www.activestate.com/ActivePerl ?

I am trying to build FDO and Providers using VC 2008. I was able to compile third_party DLLs. But after that when I compile fdo using build.bat I am getting the following error:

error PRJ0019: A tool returned an error code from "Performing Custom

Please not that I have already tried vcvars32.bat and vsvars32.bat with no success.
