[fdo-users] FDO 3.8.0 Builds

Hi All,

For any early adopters out there, I have posted a very stable build of FDO 3.8.0, based on label 'tags/3.8_K109/' to:

http://download.osgeo.org/fdo/3.8.0/builds/K109/

FDO 3.8.0 will predominately be a bug fixing release.
