[fdo-users] FDO error : cannot apply schema no schema was specified

For relational databases, a feature schema is probably already present
according to the FDO provider.

So try fetching that schema (with FdoIDescribeSchema), and adding your
classes to that schema (modifying it) instead of creating one from scratch. 

Then plug that modified schema into your FdoIApplySchema command.
