Tlaking about parameters, I sent a patch a while ago to add an<br>
"encoding" parameter to the config file in the PostGIS.py file and it<br>
does not seem to have been committed to trunk. We are going to need<br>
this as the current default UTF-8 encoding is causing us issues.<br>
