Daniel / Finance Committee,

I'd like to suggest a few things I'd like to see happen here:

1) A report from Daniel on the mechanics of switching over
financial administration.  Bank accounts, credit cards, etc.  I
know lots of this is progressing but I'd like to see a public
record of it and what is outstanding.

2) I would like to see us, the finance committee, draft a proposed
OSGeo 2012 budget to bring forward to the board as we last did
back in 2010 or so.  I don't want to step on Daniel's toes, but if he
likes I'd be willing to do a first very rough pass based on what we
used before.  I'd like us to have something for the board to
review as much as a week before it's next meeting - tentatively
December 8th.

3) I'd like to see something of a projection for our end-of-year
financial situation once costs of winding down the ED role and
such are all taken into account.  In theory this is something that
any of us could produce from quickbooks and discussions here
about pending expenses.  Perhaps someone other Daniel or I
would be interested in taking this on?
