[FOSS-GPS] PPP with RTKLib: RINEX O- and N- files?

just use the daily global combined broadcast ephemerides made available by
the IGS, e.g.:
<ftp://cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov/gps/data/daily/2002/175/02n/brdc1750.02n.Z>
for 24 June 2002; calculate your day-of-year here:
<http://sopac.ucsd.edu/scripts/convertDate.cgi>
