[FOSS-GPS] RTKLIB raw data

Hey danny,

I know I need a GPS to output raw. My doubt is the level of programming, in
this case, the interpretation of the library rtklib because I need access
directly to code in C that receives the raw data, and I can not find in any
library function we make me type-approval of raw data.
To better understand what I want to do is the following. I have to get a gps
receiver and remove the raw data, and then have to treat them so that the
accuracy of my position is as accurate as possible, with a maximum error of
1m. But to treat the data need to know where they are received.
