[FOSS-GPS] Using RTKGPS+ as a server!?

After some exchange of emails with the guy from the website I liked before, I
managed to get a RTK solution.
In the end, it was really easy, and I had some "stupid" mistakes.

gto234, when I was using the RTKGPS+ with the NTRIP Caster branch, I think
it was working well. At least, in the RTKLIB I was able to see the mount
points and connect to them.
