try ubx_m8t_glo_raw_5hz.cmd
1 hz is sufficient for base station, but use 5 hz or 10 hz rover data 
depending on your application requirements.
the command file did not work for me in firmware 3.01 so had to set up 
in ucenter,
enable msg rxm rawx, and rxm sbfrx for usb or serial depending on module 
used.
set gps plus glo plus sbas
switch off nmea ouputs to conserve stream data rates or set nav rate to 
1 hz.
goo to tools gnss configuration and tick save to flash.
