[FOSS-GPS] Base station coordinate selection

Dear sir,

If you have dual frequency GPS rinex 2.xx data , you will obtain the true
position of your base antenna using online processing services named
'AUSPOS ' or 'OPUS' and you can put the true value at base coordinate.
These services uses precise ephemeris and clock and IGS stations to compute
your true location.
