Your connection path seems to be incomplete. What is the mount
point you expect to use? See the line "inpstr2-path" in you config
file. [Said more plainly, what/where is the base station you seek
to connect to?]

The stock reply from an NTRIP caster when you send it an incomplete
or incorrect specification (in your case no mount point) is to
return the current caster table (the table of mount point) and
disconnect you. If you use the 'map' button with the NTRIP browser
you can see the North Eastern region of Italy your caster supports,
pick one of these (typical the closest) to use.

I presume you have valid credentials on that caster as well. I just
tried what is in your file (please beware that is a security leak to
others) with the mountPt "Padova3" and it did not work for me. If
you do not have access rights to a closed, the caster will it reply
with '401 unauthorized' and the RTKLIB tool will mindlessly retry
every 10 seconds or so forever.

Good luck, David Kelley
