Thanks Greg, this helps, it's a good focal point for our learnings as we go
here.

I had a chat a couple of days ago with someone who was very involved in
setting up an org related to GovHack WA. He had some interesting insights,
and suggested that in addition to looking at an incorporated association,
we may also want to look at the option of a 'company limited by guarantee'.


He said that they made some mistakes in early stages that could have been
avoided, recommended speaking to a professional for advice, and gave a
specific referral (The Association Specialists
<https://www.theassociationspecialists.com.au/>).. I'm happy to pursue this
advice further, and possibly set up a teleconference call if there are a
couple of people from this group that are interested in participating. It
may come at a cost - can confirm if there is interest in the idea.
