[FOSS4G-Oceania] use of FOSS4G SotM Oceania logo

Alex, Greg, Martin,

I assume the people asking about logos is doing so in good faith, so if 
we are going to say "no logo" we should also give them the courtesy of 
explaining why we have come to this conclusion.

Are we:
* Worried that delegates might confuse them as organisors.
* Worried that the sponsor is gaining more exposure than other paying 
sponsors? I'm not too worried about that.

If so, the organisation could use their company logo prominently, with a 
small foss4g logo. Or use words like "<company> proudly sponsoring FOSS4G".

I'm in favour of letting an organisation use our logo, so long as we 
have above points covered.

These people will take their shirts back to their workplaces and it will 
be a form of advertising for OSGeo/FOSS4G for years to come.
