Grant,

A locally hosted Open Street Map would likely be of interest to:

* Data61/NICTA: https://www.data61.csiro.au/en/Who-we-are

* Geoscience Australia http://www.ga.gov.au/

* Land Information New Zealand https://www.linz.govt.nz/

Some people from these organisations are already on this list. I'll dig 
up a couple more emails and forward them through privately.
