<p class="MsoNormal">I'm finalising the Code of Conduct & incident handling procedures, which were mostly completed by David several months ago, with some review by others since then.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">One question - who in this group would be willing to act as a 'responsible person' in the case of a Code of Conduct incident? It would involve taking an incident report, and acting on it if needed, in accordance with our policy. I will
certainly make myself available to do this, but it's important there are at least a few of us available.<o:p></o:p></p>

that 'responsible person' then has the duty to follow our procedure for incident handling<o:p></o:p></li></ol>
